With 13 years of experience as a Registered Social Worker, Shannon has supported individuals and couples across various roles in the mental health field. She specializes in working with adults facing relationship concerns, perinatal mental health challenges (including infertility, pregnancy and infant loss), and trauma/PTSD. Shannon is passionate about helping clients navigate complex life issues with compassion and expertise.
Shannon adopts a relational and direct approach, meeting clients where they are in their journey. She creates a safe, validating space grounded in trauma-informed care and anti-oppressive practices. Using an attachment-based lens, Shannon collaborates with clients to help them reach their goals and achieve healing. Her practice is guided by a deep commitment to understanding and supporting clients’ unique experiences.
Shannon is particularly passionate about helping individuals and couples address relationships concerns, such as rebuilding trust, infidelity, and emotional and sexual disconnection. As a certified perinatal mental health specialist, Shannon works with individuals and couples experiencing challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and birth trauma. Shannon supports individuals who have experienced trauma & PTSD, providing guidance on treating and managing symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
