What’s Included
STEP ONE
The first step in getting care is an initial intake session. The intake session helps your therapist understand the challenges you’re facing and how they can best help you.
Your therapist guides the intake session, which can be completed in person, over the phone, or virtually. We may also ask you to fill out some questionnaires to ensure we have all of the information we need.
STEP TWO
After the intake session, we will work with you to develop a care plan that is specific to your needs and may include:
-
Ongoing therapy sessions
-
Community resources, such as public health, peer support groups, or parent-and-baby drop-in programs
-
Referral or connection with a doctor or psychiatrist for further assessment and medication options as needed
